What You'll Do

• Answer inbound sales and service inquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls and send texts/emails
• Schedule customer appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work closely with our Sales and Service teams

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
