We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Beauty Therapist to join our premium spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior beauty or massage professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while mentoring and developing others.

As the Lead Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa, maintaining high service standards, coaching therapists, and ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star wellness experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments and customer service that exceed guest expectations.
• Lead by example and champion luxury service standards.
• Support, coach and develop therapists to achieve outstanding performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure compliance with spa procedures and protocols.
• Support inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.
• Drive retail and treatment sales through upselling, product recommendations and guest rebookings .
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and guest confidentiality.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or relevant Health, Fitness, Beauty and/or Massage qualifications.
• Extensive experience working within a luxury spa, resort, hotel spa or five-star wellness environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a spa or therapeutic setting.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• A genuine passion for wellness, beauty and delivering memorable guest experiences.
