We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our transformation initiatives and help ensure the successful migration of business-critical data across the bank.
This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex datasets into meaningful insights and wants to play an important role in large-scale change initiatives. You will work with diverse portfolios, analyze data quality and migration readiness, and provide the insights that help teams make informed decisions throughout the migration journey.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts, you will support planning, validation, and execution activities by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to reducing migration risks, improving data quality, and ensuring successful outcomes for customers and the business.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, KNIME, and/or Python to support data migration initiatives.
- Conduct portfolio analysis to understand data composition, identify trends, and assess migration scope and readiness.
- Prepare and validate data extracts to support migration planning, testing, and execution activities.
- Analyze datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring data clean-up, and provide recommendations to project teams.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support migration tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and support migration-related assessments.
- Provide analytical input for customer communication materials, including portfolio overviews, migration impact assessments, and data findings.
- Support migration planning activities by providing data-driven insights and helping define priorities based on portfolio analysis.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of analysis, reporting, and data-related project activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience performing data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, KNIME, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and transform data into meaningful insights.
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and validating data extracts for business or migration-related purposes.
- Ability to assess portfolios and identify data patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis and reporting.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customer-facing teams.
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and project delivery.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality analytical outcomes.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
