We are currently hiring within the Customer Experience & Data Department

🟣 AI Platform Engineer (DevOps) – focused on building and operating our AWS-based AI platform, including Amazon Bedrock, AI agents, Knowledge Bases, and AI governance capabilities.

As an AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable AWS-based AI platforms that enable Generative AI solutions across the organization. You will work with cloud infrastructure, automation, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code to support AI agents, knowledge bases, observability, security, and governance.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable AWS-based AI platform infrastructure supporting Generative AI solutions across the organization
  • Provision and manage Amazon Bedrock services, including model access, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and related AI platform components
  • Build and operate AI agent infrastructure, including EKS clusters, vector storage, document ingestion pipelines, and supporting platform services
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, repeatable, and auditable deployments
  • Implement identity, security, governance, and compliance controls, including federated access, audit logging, and data protection requirements
  • Establish observability and monitoring for AI workloads, including platform performance, model latency, token usage, and cost management
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Create platform documentation, operational runbooks, and self-service capabilities to support adoption and long-term sustainability

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, AI Platform Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and identity management
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and related AI platform services, including Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and LLM-powered solutions
  • Experience with vector databases, document ingestion pipelines, and enterprise data integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS
  • Understanding of AI application architectures, agent orchestration, observability, and operational monitoring
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Experience implementing security, governance, and compliance controls in cloud environments
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
