Materials & Customs Coordinator

About The Role
ISS International Spa is looking for a Materials & Customs Coordinator for an offshore project in the Mediterranean Sea.
Qualifications & Experience
- a) Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- b) Minimum 3–6 years of experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.
- c) Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms.
- d) Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material traceability.
- e) Experience in coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers.
- f) Good knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems.
- g) Fluent in Greek & English language.
Main Role Purpose
- a) Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to support operational requirements.
- b) Manage import/export and customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures.
- c) Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and proper logistics documentation.
- d) Coordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.
- e) Support logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking.
- f) Ensure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements in all logistics and customs activities.

- Job Location: Offshore, Mediterranean Sea
- Duration: 12 months liable to extension
- Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF inclusive of travelling days
