Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily ecommerce store operations and ensure front-store tasks are live on time.
• Send daily store monitoring screenshots to brand partners.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports versus daily targets, including key metrics.
• Coordinate with clients and respond accurately and promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams following company protocols.
• Support senior team members in implementing campaign and playbook strategies.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness across all assigned operational tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously improve ecommerce knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
• Good communication skills for client and team coordination.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
