About the Role

Ready to be the welcoming face of a thriving organisation? We're looking for a vibrant, personable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin Co-ordinator who thrives on connecting with people and creating exceptional first impressions. With outstanding communication skills, a proactive can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding front-of-house service, maintaining smooth communication between customers, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues. You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally while engaging with customers and colleagues across the business while providing seamless administrative support.

  • FIXED TERM CONTRACT: Monday – Friday (full time hours)
  • Availability for a 6 month period – (potential to extend)
  • Based at our Head Office in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches
  • Reporting to the Administration Manager

Tasks and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees
  • Manage reception, phone calls, enquiries, and visitor sign-ins
  • Process Repair Centre forms and support Contact Centre activities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain office records, directories, and employee information
  • Assist with meetings, catering, and office presentation
  • Support facilities management and workplace operations
  • Manage uniform orders, purchase orders, and invoice processing
  • Use business systems and ERP platforms accurately and efficiently
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You bring a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team and take initiative in managing your responsibilities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel – Intermediate level required
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – phone, written, and face-to-face
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience using multiple ERP systems (desirable)
