  • Raise quality notifications and proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality, reliability, and laboratory workflows.
  • Support the site’s health, safety, security, environmental, and compliance requirements, and contribute to OneSource team performance targets and SLAs.
  • Identify and flag billable-service, consumable, and upgrade opportunities to the OneSource account team.

Critical Skills

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting across multi-vendor laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC/UHPLC, GC).
  • Working knowledge of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory operations, qualification lifecycles, and data-integrity requirements.
  • Disciplined documentation and QMS adherence, with high accuracy and accountability.
  • Customer-focused mindset with clear, professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High degree of autonomy, ownership, and rigor, combined with a collaborative team spirit.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related technical or scientific discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field-service or technical-service role on analytical or laboratory instrumentation OR Completed technical or vocational qualification in a relevant technical field, plus 5+ years’ experience servicing or using analytical instrumentation.
