About The Role

Position Purpose: Manages the logistics and warehouse in support of the organization, to include additional opportunities to fulfill logistics requirements with the Revolutionary Events.

Key Responsibility : Warehouse Logistics

Essential Job Duties

  • Oversee daily workflow of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving for Brand events.
  • Execute maintenance activities as needed.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
  • Research, identify, and present new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
  • Maintain Trucking Load Broker’s License.
  • Schedule forklifts for all Brand events.
  • Organize, audit, stock, and restock the warehouse.
  • Design Trucking Checklist.
  • Supervise and train staff on truck loading/unloading.
  • Audit inventory and maintain a shipping and receipt log of inventoriable items.
  • Organize the warehouse as needed.
  • Prepare shipments for all events.
  • Track all shipments sent through UPS and update the event database with tracking information.
  • Audit incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Pack supplies for Brand events.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
  • Partners with the Warehouse Support team.
  • Required to work designated events as assigned.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse activities.

Computer Technology Skills

  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with database management and data entry.
  • Experience with logistics software and tools for scheduling and tracking shipments.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for warehouse equipment and technology.

Periodic Responsibility: Assists with specialty functions outside of the organization.

Periodic Job Duties

  • Assist other associates as requested.

Leadership Responsibilities

Trains staff and contractors on logistics tasks onsite and at events. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training staff and contract

Education & Experience

Required Education

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Event Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or event production support.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience , including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Experience managing inventory control systems, equipment maintenance schedules, and warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics for live events, trade shows, conferences, sporting events, or large-scale productions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience overseeing the loading, transportation, setup, teardown, and return of event equipment while maintaining quality and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of fleet coordination, shipping and receiving procedures, equipment tracking, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Experience developing and improving warehouse processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inventory controls to increase operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse, inventory, or asset management software.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and trailers preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead warehouse operations while supporting multiple event teams and production schedules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, production, creative, and executive leadership teams.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards, warehouse best practices, and safe material handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel, as required by event schedules.
