The Nick Myers Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Agent in Training to join our team in Portage. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding new career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Understanding each client's unique needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions
• Guiding clients through the sales process while providing exceptional service before and after the sale
• Building long-term relationships through regular follow-up and policy reviews
• Working toward individual sales goals while creating an outstanding customer experience
• Continuing to learn about the insurance industry and Farmers products through ongoing training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy building relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professionals with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to obtain or maintain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
