RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other Farmers Insurance products
• Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills
• Stay current on Farmers products, industry trends, and licensing requirements
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding client experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
