ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll build relationships with clients, help them find the right insurance solutions, and develop the skills needed to grow a successful career in the insurance industry.

You'll receive hands-on coaching, access to industry-leading training through the University of Farmers, and the opportunity to grow into leadership—or even agency ownership through the Farmers Protege Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Develop long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service before and after the sale
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while growing your book of business
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication
• Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry trends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by goals and career growth
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
