Material Attendant - 1st shift

• Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or material attendant experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

 

• Associates must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months.  (Exceptions to the 6-month time limit may be considered if circumstances beyond the control of the associate caused a shift change or demotion or based on business needs. In addition, associates seeking a higher labor grade may apply without waiting 6 months.)
• Associates can have no written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date.
• Associates cannot have less than 17 UTO hours.
• Associates must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
• Associates must meet all the minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid.
• Associates selected will receive the necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, to include processes and computer requirements.
• A 90-day probationary period applies to all job postings.
