Build the operational engine behind the world's most advanced semiconductor technology.

At Infinitesima, we're transforming semiconductor metrology through breakthrough Atomic Force Microscopy technology. Our systems are deployed with some of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, helping them solve the industry's most complex measurement challenges.

As demand grows, we're looking for an Operations Project Manager to take ownership of the critical delivery layer that sits between customer commitments and operational execution.

This is not a traditional project management role.

You'll be the person connecting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Field Service and Customer Operations, ensuring bespoke customer requirements are delivered without compromising programme timelines.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, managing ambiguity and keeping multiple moving parts aligned, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the operational delivery of customer-specific requirements across a portfolio of highly technical projects.

  • Leading delivery of bespoke customer requirements, including custom upgrade paths, qualification activities, feature requests and third-party dependencies.
  • Creating and maintaining a clear view of operational dependencies across supply chain, manufacturing, shipment, installation and customer acceptance activities.
  • Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation plans before they impact delivery schedules.
  • Managing complex cross-functional workstreams spanning the UK, US and Asia.
  • Leading short-term operational projects where processes may not yet be fully defined.
  • Building structure and repeatability into fast-moving delivery environments.
  • Providing senior leadership with a clear, data-driven view of project status, risks, forecasts and resource requirements.
  • Establishing scalable project management standards that support future operational growth.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who combine strong project leadership with enough technical understanding to challenge assumption s, identify risks and unblock delivery issues. We're also looking for:

  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programmes.
  • Experience within semiconductor, capital equipment, scientific instrumentation, advanced manufacturing, hardware systems or high-tech engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational dependencies across manufacturing, supply chain, production, delivery and installation activities.
  • Experience managing customer-specific requirements and non-standard delivery challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Strong planning, forecasting and risk management capability.
  • Confidence operating in fast-growing environments where processes are still evolving.

Nice to Have

  • Semiconductor metrology experience.
  • Semiconductor equipment experience.
  • Exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Technology transfer or outsourced manufacturing experience.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data standardisation or AI-enabled operational planning.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.

Why Join Infinitesima ?

  • Work on genuinely world-leading deep-tech products.
  • Partner with some of the biggest semiconductor manufacturers on the planet.
  • Join a scaling business where your impact is visible.
  • Help shape the operational foundations of a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Collaborate with world-class scientists, engineers and commercial leaders.
