Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its in-house team in Malta (hybrid). The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate the different stages of the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish engaging vacancy advertisements.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment performance and recommend improvements to processes and sourcing methods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a similar role HR role
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong candidate-sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent command of English.
