About The Role
OVERVIEW 
As our Trade Marketing Specialist – Sportstyle you will support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Salomon’s presence across wholesale partners to help drive Sportstyle category growth in North America. 
You’ll play a critical role in day-to-day operations such as account coordination, owning campaign deliverables, tracking project progress to ensure timely activation across our wholesale partners and key strategic accounts. 
You will work directly with the Trade Marketing Manager – Sportstyle to bring joint marketing plans to life, support seasonal sell-in process, help ensure brand alignment and retail representation across the marketplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily: 
Implementation of Trade Marketing Programming 
- Support daily execution of tasks related to joint marketing plans 
- Coordinate delivery of campaign assets, training materials, product samples, etc. 
- Collaborate with trade marketing manager to ensure consistent brand presence in stores and across digital, social, email placements 
Account Coordination 
- Help maintain seasonal calendar across all wholesale partners and key accounts 
- Ensure key stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date information 
- Support product seeding and sample management by coordinating with customer service team to manage shipping schedules, budget allocation, and partner follow up communication 
Brand – Field Marketing Coordination 
- Partner with field marketing reps to track clinics and retail training and ensure alignment with campaigns 
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team to customize content, messaging, and retail expression for respective geos 
In-store Experience 
- Assist in coordinating in-store marketing materials, visual merchandising elements and installations 
- Track in-store activations to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic priorities 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
- Work closely with Sportstyle team – inclusive of field marketing, and merchandising – to ensure trade team objectives are implemented through the lens of our key accounts 
- Gather and share insights across key accounts and provide recommendations to help drive wholesale partnerships 
- Help consolidate partner feedback, performance results, marketplace observations to support manager in strategic decision making 
Reporting 
- Help maintain trackers and recaps across trade initiatives to measure against KPIs 
- Provide updates on project status through consistent communication with trade manager  
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES 
- 2-4 years of experience in retail, brand, account marketing 
- Working knowledge of retail landscape and sneaker industry 
- Strong project management skills & attention to detail 
- Experience with product tech clinics and ability to speak educationally in front of a group 
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, deadlines 
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills 
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
