About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior   Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist  to support our recruitment, mobility, and talent management strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and screening process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and external partners to attract top talent for various organizational levels, with a particular focus on fixed-term, short-term contracts, and early-career programs (interns, trainees, and VIEs).

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building:  Assist in building a strong candidate pipeline strategy to support Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and the company’s Diversity Policy by executing direct and indirect candidate sourcing and the proactive development of talent pools.
  • Active Candidate Attraction:  Attract candidates by using various sources, such as databases and social media (e.g., LinkedIn), for open positions at all organizational levels, with a focus on fixed-term or short-term contracts.
  • Stakeholder & Recruitment Briefings:  Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles, ensuring that responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant, while developing candidate and recruitment agency briefings to attract high-quality profiles.
  • Job Description Management:  Develop and update clear, accurate job descriptions and job specifications based on business needs.
  • Screening & Validation:  Analyze job requirements, screen candidates' resumes/applications, and carry out online research and telephone interviews to screen, filter, select, and validate candidate profiles.
  • Interviewing & Evaluation:  Support and participate in candidate interviews, ensuring the provision of structured feedback into the selection process following a specified interview framework, and/or administer work simulations and score evidence against recruitment criteria.
  • Assessment Support:  Support the creation of assessment centers (when applicable) and tailor pre-existing assessment exercises (adjusting content as directed), as well as draft documentation, record assessment observations, and provide feedback to line management.
  • Administrative & Onboarding Support:  Organize and supervise administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information for new employees is accurately recorded and processed.
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and Good level of English is mandatory;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Highly organized; 
  • Drive, multi-tasking skills and team spirit;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural / distributed team;
  • Willingness to learn and evolve.
