What You’ll Do

• Perform full-property cleans between guest stays
• Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies
• Ensure homes meet Sun Realty’s high cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report maintenance or damage issues
• Complete deep cleans at the start/end of the season
• Manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background screening

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout the day
