Futures and Securities Settlement Senior Officer - Operations and Settlement Department

Process and confirm futures contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve settlement issues.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions with Exchanges and Brokers.
Responsible for activities including securities settlement, corporate actions, client fund transfers, IPOs, placements, stock repos, and SBL (Securities Borrowing and Lending).
Handle corporate actions for HK equities, US equities, JP equities, and SG equities.
Collaborate with trading, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
Generate and analyze reports on settlement activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of settlement procedures and controls.
Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding futures settlements.
Ensure segregation of client money.
Participate in settlement system implementation.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

College degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of futures and securities markets and settlement processes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., Excel, settlement platforms).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work shift duty/holiday shifts and overtime when required.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager position.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Settlement, including type 1 stocks settlement and type 2 global futures settlement experience.
Fluency in written English and Chinese, and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
System requirements: Esunny, CCMS, DCASS, Bloomberg, Hundsun, CCASS.
