About The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our CFD brokerage business in Thailand
  • Identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Understand and analyze the Thai CFD market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand network and enhance brand visibility
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in the CFD brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of the Thai market.
  • Excellent knowledge of CFD products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong network of business contacts and relationships with key industry players
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
