About The Role

Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our CFD brokerage business in Thailand
Identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunities
Understand and analyze the Thai CFD market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand network and enhance brand visibility
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in the CFD brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of the Thai market.
Excellent knowledge of CFD products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities
Strong network of business contacts and relationships with key industry players
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
