Application Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate) – Rotational Shifts

• Provide first-level technical support for business applications and systems.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze incidents, and resolve basic technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required.
• Monitor system logs, alerts, and scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in software deployments, testing, and production support activities.
• Perform basic database queries and system validation when needed.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and support activities accurately.
• Utilize analytical and engineering problem-solving skills to identify root causes and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous service availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Application Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate) – Rotational Shifts

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of application support, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
• Good command of English.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and IT support tools.
