About The Role
Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide Administration and Programme Support to our Clinical Teams.
You will provide high quality support for our clinical services managers and coordinate service delivery programmes. Work with several databases, providing administrative support to all the Primary Mental Health service. Oversee referrals, caseloads, service activity, logistical support for contracted providers and internal general practice teams.
Be a key contact for suppliers, the district lead and the Tairāwhiti team as the support for office equipment/suplies, catering, venue bookings, reception, office equipment, facilities and vehicle management.

He kōrero mōu: About you
- A minimum of Level 2 NCEA
- Experience working within the health sector (preferred)
- Previous administrative experience with an eye for detail and a passion for data
- Confident with Microsoft suite, specifically excel
- IT savvy, confident picking up new systems
- Strong communication skills
- A people person and thrive in a team environment
- Proactive and take the initiative to see where you can provide support
- Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment where the one constant is change
- Able to multi-task and manage your own workload
- Current full drivers license
