About The Role

What you'll do

  • Support the coordination and administration of group bookings, meetings, private events, and social occasions from inquiry to execution.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, function sheets, and other event-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Kitchen, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Help manage event calendars, booking systems, and client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support site inspections and client meetings, providing a professional and welcoming experience to prospective guests.
  • Assist in responding to event inquiries and follow up with clients throughout the planning process.
  • Support the execution of events on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and attention to detail throughout the event journey.
  • Monitor guest feedback after events and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about hospitality trends, event concepts, and local market opportunities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Events team across various projects and daily activities, adapting to evolving business needs.

What you bring to the table

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in hospitality, events, luxury lifestyle, and guest experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of hotel PMS or event management systems is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
