Junior Specialist / Consultant - Cardiac Electrophysiology

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking a Junior Specialist / Consultant – Cardiac Electrophysiology to join its cardiology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with cardiac rhythm disorders, performing electrophysiology procedures, and delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disorders.
• Perform electrophysiology (EP) studies and catheter ablation procedures.
• Implant and manage cardiac rhythm devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
• Interpret ECGs, Holter monitors, event recorders, and other cardiac diagnostic investigations.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education activities.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• MD / DM / DNB / Fellowship or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Cardiology with subspecialty training in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Relevant clinical experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Expertise in electrophysiology studies, catheter ablation, and cardiac implantable electronic devices.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient management skills.
