This a firm-wide role and only for Bucharest location.

Primary Functions and Tasks

• Point of contact for regional HR Leaders and regional Development teams for participant management
• First point of contact for all People Development enquiries
• Taking care about of Training Nomination app, managing nominations and participant enrolments
• Preparing and sending invitations to nominated participants, handling waitlist and cancellations
• Handling organizational questions (by the participants and the regions)
• Point of contact/building the interface to training hotel, preparing and sending reservation lists/updates
• Prepare participant details for relevant team in charge of training
• Handling cancellations and replacements
• Creating training evaluations
• Handling invoices and finance tracker related to programs

We are looking for

• Previous experience in HR back-office activities would be an advantage
• Great organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced English skills are mandatory
• MS Office skills
