Responsibilities

• Support Assembly line activities
• Supervise assembly line & maintain Quality
• Responsible for Quality Inspection & Clearance
• Production planning & Work scheduling
• Ensure delivery goals are met as per plan
• Support new product introduction
• Responsible for maintenance of Tools & Fixtures
• Handle global communication
• Responsible for KPI collection, tracking / analysis and presenting dashboards within department
• Guide assembly team in understanding of drawings & Work instructions
• Responsible to implement Lean & 5s methodology
• Corrective actions / mistake proofing
• Organizing and conducting new operator training

Requirements

• Education – Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/mechatronics from reputed institutions
• Experience – 1 to 2 years of experience
• Skills –
• Understand the metrology instruments with measurement process
• Keen to learn in Core Metrology
• Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
