Nursing Assistant

Seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Craig County Health Center in New Castle, VA , a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and community every day.

Position: Nursing Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday ( No Weekends )

What You'll Do

As a Nursing Assistant, you'll work alongside our nurses and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing patients for exams and procedures
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs
• Assisting with patient flow and rooming
• Performing basic clinical duties as assigned
• Supporting providers and the care team to ensure excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
