Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Flexible, Supportive, and Impactful!

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity. Compensation for the role is hourly, per direct service hour.

Your Role

  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide psychotherapeutic care, counseling, and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress.
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation while contributing to quality care and program success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with an Ohio Professional Counselor or LSW licensure status.
  • Demonstrated experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families individually and in group modality.
  • Ability to reasonably problem solve complex and possible crisis mental health client problems.
  • Ability to develop and write clear, concise documents involving client outcome reporting requirements.
  • Effective time management and interviewing skills.
  • Acceptance and dedication toward the Mission of Red Oak Behavioral Health.
