The AI Go-to-Market Lead for the UAE will lead all AI-related go-to-market activities, including solution packaging, pricing, RFP responses, client engagement, and delivery oversight. The role requires a strong business and technology leader with 10+ years of experience who can translate AI capabilities into practical client solutions and drive AI growth across the UAE market.

The AI Go-to-Market Lead will be responsible for leading the AI business agenda across the UAE market. This person will own the go-to-market strategy for AI solutions, working closely with sales, delivery, solution teams, and partners to position, sell, and deliver AI offerings to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UAE go-to-market strategy for AI solutions and services.
• Package AI solutions into clear offerings that can be positioned with clients.
• Define pricing models for AI solutions in coordination with sales, finance, and delivery teams.
• Support client conversations and help identify AI opportunities across accounts.
• Lead and support AI-related RFP responses, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Work with sales teams to position AI offerings and support deal development.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure proposed AI solutions can be delivered successfully.
• Oversee AI solution delivery at a high level to ensure client expectations are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Track market demand, client needs, and competitor activity related to AI.

Required Experience and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, digital transformation, data, AI, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions, use cases, and business value.
• Experience in go-to-market, solution selling, proposals, and client engagement.
• Ability to package complex technology into simple, commercially viable offerings.
• Experience supporting RFPs, pricing, and delivery planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in the UAE or regional market preferred.
