About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Associate /Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems Team within the Global Capability Center (GCC). This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in enterprise resource planning (ERP) technologies. The successful candidate will

primarily focus on enhancement and support activities related to SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global setting, working on mission-critical business processes and cutting-edge SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

● SAP Ariba: Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of features related to Buying & Invoicing modules (including reports, configurations, workflows, UI /UX etc.).

● System Support: Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to custom and standard SAP Ariba functionality.

● Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and system operation guides.

● Collaboration: Work closely with senior technical consultants, functional consultants, business analysts, and global stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

● Learning & Growth: Actively participate in training programs and continuous self-

learning to quickly develop expertise in SAP Ariba technologies and enterprise business processes.

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrable foundational understanding or coursework/project experience in programming concepts, relational databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized in handling tasks and documentation.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and a strong desire to learn complex enterprise systems and technologies.

Preferred

● Basic knowledge or exposure to SAP Ariba concepts, architecture, or SAP ERP systems.

● Coursework or projects involving object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or ABAP).

● Certifications or projects involving database programming (SQL /PLSQL etc.).

● Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) is a

significant plus for Fiori development.
