The Role

A confidential, Fortune 500-backed mortgage servicer needs 10 seasoned foreclosure pros to manage loans through judicial and non-judicial foreclosure — from document execution to sale bidding — and to represent the company in legal proceedings when it counts.

Day-to-Day

Execute and review foreclosure documents against federal, agency, and investor timelines
Calculate judgment figures, bidding instructions, and HAMP certifications ahead of sale
Process attorney-prepared filings through the LPS system for sheriff's-sale readiness
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with the approved attorney network
