Position: General Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Permanent Remote

- Schedule: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized General Virtual Assistant to help manage administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars
- Update contact lists and maintain accurate client records
- Prepare spreadsheets and manage online data systems
- Conduct market research and assist in developing presentations
- Address administrative requests and internal concerns
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are achieved
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- Prepare reports and analyze data for management reference
- Assist in setting team and individual performance targets
- Compile monthly and yearly performance summaries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of relevant experience (e.g., Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar)
- Background in customer service or the BPO industry is an advantage
- Familiar with CRM platforms, cloud-based tools, and remote collaboration systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, or similar applications
- Knowledgeable in major social media channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools
- Experience with online scheduling platforms like Google Calendar
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Basic skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus
- Tech-savvy with solid computer proficiency
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and remain productive in a remote setup
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
