Position: General Virtual Assistant

Work Setup: Permanent Remote

  • Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
  • Schedule: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized General Virtual Assistant to help manage administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars
  • Update contact lists and maintain accurate client records
  • Prepare spreadsheets and manage online data systems
  • Conduct market research and assist in developing presentations
  • Address administrative requests and internal concerns
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
  • Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are achieved
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for management reference
  • Assist in setting team and individual performance targets
  • Compile monthly and yearly performance summaries
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience (e.g., Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar)
  • Background in customer service or the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with CRM platforms, cloud-based tools, and remote collaboration systems
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, or similar applications
  • Knowledgeable in major social media channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools
  • Experience with online scheduling platforms like Google Calendar
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
  • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer proficiency
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and remain productive in a remote setup
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative

  • Minimum 8GB RAM
