Working across a range of business initiatives, you’ll help shape outcomes that support both our customers and our commercial success, while contributing to innovative, data-driven solutions that make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
In this role you will
- Deliver pricing insights that support sustainable growth, profitability and customer value.
- Build and enhance actuarial models to inform pricing decisions and commercial outcomes.
- Analyse complex portfolio and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven tools and automation solutions that improve pricing efficiency and capability.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to solve problems and support informed decision-making.
- Produce high-quality analysis and recommendations that drive actionable business outcomes.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems and turn data into meaningful insights.
- Use data and modelling tools such as Excel, SQL, R or Python to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, exploring new ideas, technologies and ways of working.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations that support commercial and customer outcomes.
- Build positive relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Bring a quantitative background in actuarial studies, mathematics, statistics, economics, data science or a related discipline, with progress towards professional qualifications welcomed.
