Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to residents in assisted living or home health settings
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow all safety and health regulations, including infection control procedures
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent, or extensive experience in care roles
• Prior experience in assisted living, home health, or related healthcare settings
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work full-time evening and overnight shifts
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Rotation of weekends required
