Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia . In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support medical procedures, and promote patient safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
• Monitor patients' conditions, assess vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing physical and emotional support.
• Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs.
• Required Qualifications
• Diploma (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of patient care, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
• Proficiency in operating medical equipment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
