Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Ciujung, Indonesia . In this role, you will ensure the safe and effective use of medications while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory standards.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, including proper usage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Review prescriptions to ensure safe, appropriate, and rational medication use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock control, and medication quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and organizational policies.
• Respond to medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Professional Pharmacist qualification (Profesi Apoteker).
• Valid Indonesian Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
