Lab Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Ciujung, Indonesia . In this role, you will perform laboratory testing, analyze samples, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining high standards of quality and laboratory safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyze specimens in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Prepare, process, and document laboratory samples and test results accurately.
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure reliable and accurate results.
• Maintain laboratory records and comply with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma IV (D4) in Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM), Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Valid Indonesian registration certificate (STR) for Medical Laboratory Technologists.
• Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and laboratory safety standards.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
