About The Role
We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cilegon, Indonesia. In this role, you will be the primary healthcare provider for our diverse patient population, delivering comprehensive primary care services with a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing their health concerns, coordinating their overall healthcare journey, and making a meaningful difference in our community's health and wellness.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations to diagnose medical conditions, assess health concerns, and develop a comprehensive understanding of each patient's health status
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs, preferences, and circumstances
- Prescribe medications and medical treatments in accordance with established clinical guidelines, protocols, and local healthcare regulations
- Educate patients about their health conditions, available treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications to promote informed decision-making
- Stay current with medical advancements, evidence-based practices, and best practices in general medicine through continuous professional development
- Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in primary care, general medicine, or related healthcare settings
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex patient presentations and make sound clinical decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, establish rapport, and effectively engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical software, and digital healthcare tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of preventive healthcare, disease management, and health promotion strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously and prioritize care effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia
