About The Role

The Marketing Specialist supports all North America (NAM) marketing activities for the Pharma sector.

This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring seamless coordination across tradeshows, webinars, and campaign activities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

A typical week may include coordinating upcoming tradeshow logistics, confirming vendor orders, aligning with sales teams, supporting webinar setup, and tracking post-event performance.

  • Manage development and execution of marketing campaigns 
  • Develop digital content for websites, email, and social media
  • Support internal communications and content updates 
  • Coordinate tradeshows and conferences 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines 
  • Support webinar development and execution
  • Manage industry partnerships and publications 
  • Input and manage leads in CRM 
  • Rack KPIs and report ROI 
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Familiar with marketing tools such as Canva and Eloqua
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
  • Project Management experience
  • Understanding of the Food industry
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience using Sitecore

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 USD
