Continuous Improvement Engineer – Post-Graduate Internship (F/M)

• We are looking for a motivated postgraduate intern to join our Cebu team as a Continuous 
• Improvement Engineer, with a strong focus on our AI programs. You will support process 
• improvement initiatives while playing a hands-on role in developing and rolling out AI tools 
• across inspection, protocol, and reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities & Potential Responsibilities

 

• Audit Report AI Project: take ownership of the audit report automation project from Chloe, supporting development, testing, and improvement.
• Audit Protocol AI Project: study the full audit protocol process with the Cebu team, build an automation plan, and potentially build automated AI workflows.
• QIMA GPT Agent Enhancements: enhance QIMA GPT to support the Protocol team's inspection of tickets, improving accuracy and adoption.
• Agentic Worker Platform: contribute to technical AI projects linked to the agentic worker platform (built by Paul), scope to be assessed.
• Continuous Improvement: support process mapping, data analysis, and documentation to understand any existing process that can be improved. 
• AI Adoption: promote an AI-first mindset across daily operations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Carry out other related tasks as required.
• Recently graduated, or completing a degree, in Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and applied AI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Comfortable with APIs, automation, and iterative development.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and an AI-first mindset.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
