Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with extensive experience in healthcare sales to lead and expand our business. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to leverage their expertise in healthcare sales and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the healthcare industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for new product and service opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales.
  • Proven sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of healthcare solutions, specifically medical imaging workflows.
  • Proven sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies.
  • Arabic language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
