Location: Athens, Greece (Relocation Required & Supported)

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday). Full-time, 40 hrs/week and 8 hrs/day
  • Working Hours: Between 10:00 – 02:00.

  • Support Portuguese-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
  • Help resolve account, login, and platform-related issues
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience

Salary & Benefits

  • €1,045.72 gross/month (14-months salary structure)
  • Performance bonus: up to 15% of salary
  • Meal allowance: up to €80/month
  • Taxi provided for late shifts (after midnight)
  • Salary growth to €1,100 after 12 months

Training

Paid training (5 days) to get you ready from day one

Requirements

  • C2 or higher Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • B2 min. English proficiency, spoken and written
  • EU ID or a valid residence card for Greece (no paperwork sponsorship is provided)
  • High school diploma
  • Possession of a birth certificate
  • Availability to relocate to Athens and work onsite
