What you'll be doing

Reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with platform policies

Identifying and removing inappropriate, sensitive, or policy-violating content

Ensuring a safe and compliant online experience for users

Applying guidelines consistently while working with high-volume content queues

Supporting platform integrity across a global digital ecosystem

Please note: this role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, and requires emotional resilience and strong mental balance.

What we're looking for

Fluent Italian (C2 and higher, written and spoken)

English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely

Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment

Working schedule

On-site position in Porto (100%, including onboarding period). Full-time, 40 hrs/week in 8-hr shifts

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day (net, via meal card)
