• Assist customers with product selection and providing personalized recommendations
• Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
• Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
• Promote continuous improvement in consumer engagement processes and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused career path
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
