About The Role

Job Description The Position The Senior Specialist Customer Service role is part of the Cluster Customer Service EEI team focused on providing support to assigned markets within EEI cluster. This role reports to Customer Service Lead. Responsibilities Senior Specialist Customer Service is working in close cooperation with customers and teams across multiple markets to provide support for: Orders management – responsible for reviewing received orders and adjusting according to internal requirements as well as adjusting quantity and delivery dates in line with available stock, market needs and ordering schedule. Samples orders – responsible for preparation and submission of orders for samples on the applicable markets working closely with customers but also internal stakeholders from other departments providing information and documentation needed. Deliveries – monitoring of delivery creation and shipping of goods according to shipping schedule, communication with customers about expected shipments. Review of claims – on a daily basis reviewing claims related to damaged goods, expired stock, price discrepancies etc. as well as preparing requests for issuing Credit and Debit Notes related to those claims. Part of this is also preparation of Credit and Debit Notes related to sales discounts, business deals, sales targets. Monthly accruals- Customer Service is preparing monthly accruals related to claims, sales discounts, business deals, sales targets or similar and ensuring their timely submission for booking. Prices and discounts – part of responsibilities is preparing requests for price and discount changes, getting approvals, and submitting them for processing to ensure appropriate prices and discounts are applied on the invoices. Close cooperation – with customers exchanging and collecting valuable information related to expected sales trends on the market, possible issues and risks and working together to mitigate those risks. Regular meetings with internal stakeholders from various departments are required to maintain information flow between different departments and the market acting as facilitator and coordinating multiple tasks to make sure proper teams are involved in resolving possible risks but also supporting other departments with information required for their line of business. Working with other teams – providing information during Demand reviews, Commercial meetings, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and other departments which are depending on support from Customer Service. Preparation of reports, maintaining different databases and teamsites and other related responsibilities.
