Job Description Responsible for creating process strategies to optimize productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards of marketing programs. Will also be responsible for documentation, cascade and implementation of these processes and measurement of its impact. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct interviews and workshops with Stakeholders and Process Owners to thoroughly review and understand Marketing processes. Analyze and Optimize Processes: Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, reduce waste, and recommend automation opportunities in collaboration with management and relevant teams. Design and Document Process Solutions: Develop future-state processes, including clear workflows, procedures, and guidelines. Create supporting documentation and references to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of process changes. Drive Change Adoption and Communication: Lead teams in identifying impact of process changes, drive development and execution of change management plans and activities to ensure successful adoption of agreed process improvements. Proactively communicate the need for change and the details of new processes to all relevant stakeholders through clear and accessible channels. Engage stakeholders to address change impact concerns and govern the change implementation process across affected teams. Measure, Monitor, and Report Performance: Define and track key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of process transformation initiatives. Monitor performance against targets, identify further optimization areas, and provide regular updates on progress. Governance and Process Adherence: Implement systems and establish governance frameworks to track whether teams follow established processes, to ensure consistent execution quality, identify areas where processes are not being applied or identify further improvements required. Foster Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback mechanisms (e.g., ceremonies, routines) to continuously gather and incorporate insights for ongoing process refinement and optimization. REQUIREMENTS: 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, process improvement (within Marketing or Sales Operations), project management, or campaign management. Proven experience in process optimization: 3-5 years directly leading or or heavily contributing to operational efficiency, process analysis and redesign, workflow optimization preferably within a marketing setting. Marketing background with solid understanding of how marketing programs are built, executed and measured. Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, driving timelines, securing stakeholder buy-in, and tracking progress to completion to achieve measurable results. Change Management: Experience in leading and rolling out new processes / tools to teams, training users and driving adoption of the change. Working Knowledge with marketing performance data, with ability to interpret operational metrics and define measures for process improvements. Familiarity with technology and automation tools that can support optimization efforts. Preferably with experience in Digital Operations, Marketing Technology (MarTech) and marketing automation systems. Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications or Industrial Engineering. Optional but strong plus: MBA, Master’s in Marketing Operations or Business Process Management.
