About the Role The Credit Control, Analyst will support the Credit Control Manager in managing the credit control process, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices, minimizing bad debt exposure, managing credit risk, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in achieving collection targets and minimize overdue accounts for the assigned distribution channel. Engage with account managers, intermediaries and clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans. To ensure timely clearance of unmatched payments. Manage and resolve clients’ payment disputes and queries. Execution of collections process by ensuring all collections reminder letters are triggering on time. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the credit control process. Monitor and manage the credit risk of the customer portfolio through Credit Risk Assessment established for new prospect and existing clients. Identify client for legal proceeding with supporting for outstanding recovery through legal route. Participate in internal and external audits as required. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by manager to meet operational and/or other requirements. Min Job Requirements Degree in Business Administration (preferably) or any other fields Minimum 3 or more years of finance operations / credit control relevant working experiences Good command of English (both written and oral) Able to handle large volume of data & perform close monitoring.
