Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure excellent guest service at all times

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate of Hospitality or a related course
• With or without hotel experience (training provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
