About The Role

As a Fixed-term Senior Accounts Payable Analyst you'll play a meaningful role in driving settlement operations and supporting Nasdaq's global financial processes through automation, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Process payment runs and resolve rejected payments and returns with accuracy and efficiency. Research, analyze, and resolve accounts payable inquiries by providing quality support to internal colleagues, audit teams, and suppliers. Perform bank account reconciliations, month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring compliance and timeliness. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance automation and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience. Meaningful professional experience in accounts payable or financial operations. Excellent language skills in written and spoken English. Strong communication skills with experience working across different cultures. Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in shared service centers or global operations. Knowledge of local and global accounting trends, regulatory requirements, and legislation. Familiarity with Workday, Coupa or similar enterprise resource planning systems. This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. This is a full-time fixed term (until March 2028) role. The base pay range for this role is 2300 – 2500 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location.
