• As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing clarity, compassion, and confidence from the very first conversation.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first voice potential clients hear, conducting intake evaluations with empathy, professionalism, and strong judgment
• Research claims, identify patterns, and draft concise internal memos to support attorney decision-making
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the firm's CRM, document systems, and calendars
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth intake and case onboarding processes
• Support operational needs as they arise, including assisting with new-hire training
• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
